Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as production may have already started.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our items. This includes change of mind, incorrect selection, or slight variations in color, texture, and size.
Damaged Items on Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
Additional Notes
Variations of up to 1–2 cm in size and slight differences in finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
